Brief History:
Franz Jürgen Kaiser was born in Munich, Germany in a family that owns a small but growing brewing company. Two years later, his parents, Heinrich and Heike Kaiser had another son, Erich. Growing up in the Kaiser family, Franz and Erich mostly stayed in Munich where the Kaiser brewing company headquarter was located. However, from time to time, they took plenty of familiy vacations (or business trips) to various locations. It also helped that Heinrich's cousin, Scarlett Way moved around so often, and always welcomed them to visit her home.
As children, the two brothers enjoyed going on adventures. Franz and Erich got in a fair share of innocent trouble because they liked to test their limits. They would do things like trespass their neighbor's yards, or steal candy from grocery stores just for fun. Being the older brother, Franz had always treated his younger brother as if he was several years younger. But he wasn't overly protective. He allowed his younger brother to do stupid things, but he made sure that after doing stupid things, his younger brother would not be in trouble. They had their usual sibling fights, but for the most part, got along fairly well.
The Kaiser boys went to a muggle kindergarten and primary school in Munich. When he turned 10, he received a acceptance letter from a German high school of witchcraft and wizardry. Though his parents wanted him to go to Hogwarts once he turned 11, he was a little afraid of moving out of the country where his family is, so he stayed.
Franz was more of a quiet boy, and so it took some time before he made friends. But once he made friends, he became quite popular. Since Franz was always an active boy, he enjoyed playing quidditch at school. His guy friends liked to hang out with him because he was the guys' guy, while girls here and there liked him because he was quite attractive.
After two years of attending the school, Erich also came to the same school. It was just like old times again. The pair got in to little trouble here and there, but Franz made sure his younger brother was okay at the end. But as the years past, he wanted to go out and see more of the world. Leaving his brother was going to be hard, but to justify this, sometimes he felt that he was helping his brother...too much. His brother didn't seem to be able to make decisions on his own, and always came to him for... well, everything. So with extreme approval from his parents, who heard that their cousin, Scarlett's daughter, Valentina Way, really enjoyed Hogwarts, he sent his transfer papers to Hogwarts.
Personality:
When you first meet him, Franz might seem a little distant and cold. But this is because he is not too talkative around people he doesn't know well. He also has a sense of self confidence that people view as arrogant. If someone wants to get to know him, he thinks they should talk to him first. However, once you get to know him, he talks more and makes jokes from time to time. He is also quite intelligent and would like to be successful in life. He is not afraid to tell people what he thinks, which also may make him seem a bit mean at times, but this is just the way he is.
Strengths: He enjoys working out, and so he is very fit.
Weaknesses: He is quite stubborn and will never admit he's wrong, so he is not really a people-person, unless people get to know him first.

At exactly 6 feet tall, Franz is quite fit due to the fact that he enjoys working out. He is quite tan because of that same reason. He has brown hair and piercing blue eyes.

It wasn't that he didn't enjoy being at this school anymore, but he just felt there was more out there. Franz had been thinking about submitting his application letter to attend Hogwarts for a while now, but it seemed every time he started to write his letter, his younger brother Erich would show up and ask him to hang out or what not. But maybe, it was time for Erich to grow up now, gain a little independence...
Franz had already informed his parents his decision, but he had not told his brother. He stood alone in his room and watched as his owl, Zimmer, flew out the window with his Hogwarts application and a letter to his cousin, Valentina Way, telling her that she might be seeing him sooner than the next family reunion.
"What was that?" He heard a familiar voice say behind him.
He turned to look at his 15 year old brother. Erich was only 2 years younger than him, but for some reason, Franz had always treated him like he was many years younger.
"It... was my application letter to Hogwarts, actually." Franz said truthfully to his younger brother.
Erich's eyes went wide. That's what he suspected it was, having just received a letter from their parents telling him to hope to Merlin his older brother gets accepted, but still, he couldn't believe he finally did it.
After a few minutes of just staring at each other, Erich nodded.
"Ok... cool, hope you get in, man." He said hiding all emotions. He looked over at a broomstick lying on the floor.
"Left this here earlier, just came back to get it." With that, he turned around and walked out of the room.
Franz nodded back, and watched his brother leave the room. He knew he was sad, and he himself was sad too, but he was still glad he'd finally sent in the application. It was worth a try, wasn't it?
