New board!

So Val and I came up with an idea to spur teacher posting and to close a gap in the Potterverse. We came up with staff residence halls. It may seem campy but it seemed fitting and frankly easier for the administrators and teachers to put everyone in one place.

So new teachers, post on the exciting new board and start planning some classes!
