September events!

Eva Seivert is hosting the annual Ravenclaw House party! The theme this year will be a toga party! So wrap yourself in your best white bed sheet, dust off and put on that Caesar wreath, and come to party! The muggle movie, ‘Animal House’ will be airing, and playing will be an Otis Day cover band! It will take place Friday, September 22nd and it will start at 10pm, and will roughly end around 3am. All houses and years are welcomed with a cover charge of 3 galleons. Hands will stamped if under 16 years old and will not be permitted to drink alcohol.

Reminder that the Hogwarts Clean up is this Saturday the 16th at 10:00am! If you want to earn money, house points and receive a free meal, come join us! Be proud of the way Hogwarts looks! If participating, bring your work clothes and your wand.

In that very same weekend, on Sunday the 17th Healer’s from St. Mungos are arriving to give you your yearly flu potion and vaccinations! The check-ups start at noon and end around 6pm!

Congratulations to the new Head boy and Head girl: Loki Seivert of Hufflepuff and Angel C. Starr of Gryffindor! Also congratulations to the new prefects: Alexis Caplan of Slytherin, Sadie Magnus of Gryffindor, Ciara Devenish of Hufflepuff and Lann Devenish of Ravenclaw!

Hoki: Has everyone lost their minds?!

Has everyone lost their minds? Ever since Loki Seivert and Holly-Quinn Midnight broke up, the in crowd at Hogwarts has been falling apart! Both Loki and Holly have been seen with other people, and that isn’t a good thing according to Angel C. Starr! Previously dating Loki before Holly, she and Loki are practically attached to the hip! Angel does not approve of Vera or Dide, and isn’t shy about letting the world know!

By using my investigative skills, I found out exclusively for my column readers about why Angel does not like Vera! As many people already know, Angel previously attended Beauxbatons for a year and a half, and Vera transferred to Hogwarts from Beauxbatons six months ago. Now, what does this have to do with Hoki? EVERYTHING! Vera and Angel have a feud! My intuitions on the subject is that both are desperately vying for Loki’s attention, and they both feel threatened by the other! Who is winning the race for Loki’s heart? Right now, Vera is all alone! Loki and Vera have not been spotted together for a few weeks, and Loki and Angel are getting closer and closer out by the lake. Oh la la!

Now, this column is about Holly and Loki and I will say this, it doesn’t look like they will be talking any time soon! After finding out about Dide’s and Holly’s affair, Loki went absolutely crazy! Dide was seen later being patched up by Nurse Anna Starr, and he looked like he got it pretty bad! Loki is not a guy to be messed with! It will be hell for any guy who tried to win Holly’s affection while Loki is in the picture!


Sadie Magnus and Thom Seivert? Never!

What happened with dear Darcy? Apparently she is out of the picture according to Sadie! Her and Thom have been spotted together recently after the major party held in the Slytherin common room a few weeks ago! Is there any romance in the air for the pair? After Sadie wrote Thom a romantic note, they were both seen in the gardens together sitting very close and talking very softly.

Is there a baby carriage coming for the both of them as well? A few anonymous Gryffindor girls have both reportedly told the Snitch that Sadie was found with a pregnancy test! Is Sadie Magnus pregnant?! What will happen to her dancing career and will Thom accept responsibility as the father? Will Sadie be disowned by her parents and will the Headmistress kick the both of them out?

ANGEL ANGEL ANGEL!

Now, how can we forget the Italian Heiress Angel C. Starr? I would put her whole name here, but no one in human kind can rem.ember a name that long! How she is lusting after all the guys at Hogwarts is sickening! First it was the notorious John Windsor all those years ago, then it was Loki Seivert and now for a year or so, it was Death! Now Angel has forgotten about dear ol’ Death and now is hunting down the newly single Loki Seivert!

Can this girl stop being her trampy self and settle down? We all thought she was held to Death, but after the Welcome back ball, she was seen leaving with Loki himself! Has Loki abandoned Vera all together to be with old flame Angel C. Starr! One word of advice for Loki: Get out now!

Also seen in the company with Angel C. Starr is of course, Holly-Quinn Midnight! Why is Holly still hanging around this girl? Holly is supposed to be the sensible one, but she still has company with the rich snobby heiress. Holly, one word of advice: Any girl who is going after your old boyfriend is not a girl to be hanging with!

Now the most famous feud now with Vera-Ellen McCuinn and Angel Starr. Now, my money is on Vera! Many individuals say that she is not the rich snob that everyone makes her out to be! A few of her Gryffindor roommates have stated she has no clothes but her school uniform! Now, personally I take sides with Vera and don’t waste your time with Angel! I say side with Team Vera!

Sibling Rivarly: The Devenishes!

Now last issue we talked about the evilness of Ciara Devenish, Lann Devenish’s sister? Well I went undercover as I tracked down Ciara and Lann, and it seems the problem as escalated! Ciara has returned to her quiet calm self, which isn’t to be trusted and Lann has returned to his old self as a very talkative unsuspecting heartthrob.

Or have they? I followed them around for the past week and found that there is a book in question relating to Ciara’s potential path to Voldemort like power. I also saw a gash on Ciara’s arm and they frequently bittered in the Hufflepuff common room on what to do with the book in question! Ciara’s quiet self was erased when she started to argue with her brother- she almost lost it! Lann seemed as calm as ever and though against the wishes of his sassy sister, he is very keen on burning the book.

Now, what is so important about this book? Well, since Ciara is very attached to it, it must be some form of relations to the Dark Lord! Is he coming back through Ciara? Headmistress, please expel her now before she hurts someone! Think about Hogwarts Ciara before endangering the lives of others!

Will Lann be able to save Hogwarts from his sister and what were Loki and Angel thinking when they promoted Ciara to Prefect?!

Marcus: Out and about!

Marcus was seen three nights ago going out into the woods. Marcus Drake is a non-registered but well-known werewolf, and changed when model Eva Seivert was arriving home from a job. Though Eva has no marks on her thanks to Death, a frequent visitor to Hogwarts, who came to the rescue just in time to save Eva from her death, her life was in great danger.

Eva is now being treated for a sprained ankle which she insist is not from Marcus. Marcus has been warned for his behavior in the forbidden woods, but I have a feeling that this will not be the last time he will demonstrate this behavior.

Our Headmistress has declined comment on what she shall do with Marcus Drake’s harmful behavior.

I managed to catch Bear at one of his jamming sessions with Bandmates Thom Seivert and Rose Meanoiche. On break the Ravenclaw Seeker was all too happy to sit down and answer a few questions for the Snitch news!

What is your name?

B: My name? You already know that…

Well, I mean your full name.. And what does it mean?

B: Oh.. The million dollar question! My name is Honaw Nayet, but you all know me by Bear. Honaw in Hopi means Bear.

How long have you been at Hogwarts?

B: How long? I say a year to two years.

Where did you go before you came to Hogwarts?

B: I lived in the States, on a reservation in Arizona. I went to Moencopi Day School and was taught privately by my father.

That is Fasinating! Do you miss it at all?

B: Well, I went home after my first arrival at Hogwarts. I didn’t like it very much- it was much too rainy and such a culture shock to what I was used too. However, when I came back, I began to like it more. Now I can’t imagine my life without Hogwarts and the friends I’ve made here.

Who do you consider friends?

B: I consider a lot of people friends. Lann, Thom, Eva, Rose, Alexis, Sadie and Darcy to name a few… and no, I am not dating Darcy, or Sadie or Rose.

Now, rumors tell me that you are dating someone in the above group.

B: Yes. Alexis is my girlfriend.

How is everything with her?

B: Everything is fine. We get along great and its just a fun time. Lord knows its been a long time coming.

Now, Hogwarts is renown for getting into trouble. What has been the fondest memory of getting into things with your fellow students?

B: Well, I am never a big fan of ‘getting into things.’ I am usually a very cautious Ravenclaw, I don’t go running blindly danger like most Gryffindors do. It’s a very had decision for me, but I think I learned a lot about myself when Oryn took over the school a few months ago. I stood up for myself while protecting the people I was with.

Now, what is the one thing you want to do while at Hogwarts?

B: Graduate? I’m not too sure about that one. I would like to become Prefect or Head boy. Loki keeps taking it away from me every time! I would also like to see my band take off. We are still auditioning for more people! We need a vocalist and a bass player- if you play keyboard or any instrument that would be of use, then try out as well!

Who is your favorite teacher and class?

B: Well, I like Herbology, though I am not taking it this semester. I always liked Rhiannon’s classes.

Now you are a seeker for the Ravenclaw house team! Have you ever played quidditch before?

B: Well, not really before I came to Hogwarts. However, in flying class, I picked up flying very well and realized that I had a knack for picking out the finer details. Seeing a spot open on Ravenclaw team, I decided to try out for the team. I got it! Lann wasn’t too thrilled when he realized that I took the spot. Oh well.

Are you excited about try-outs?

I am. I hope to keep my position.

Are you going to go for team captain?

No. I’m not a leader in that way. However, I will support anyone who will go for it… *cough* Lann *cough*

Alright then. It looks like your band wants you back! I will not keep you waiting!
