Wondering how you can spend all that hard earned cash? Read below...
Buying Items: If you go to a shop in Diagon Alley and then decide that you want to buy something just log into your account on the boards and send a PM to GringottsGoblin using this formula:

Don't worry about adding up the wizarding money correctly. Just make a list of how much each item costs and we'll make the correct additions for you. This was there're no mistakes.
The title of the PM should be 'Buying' Archibald will then complete your order, subtracting money from your vault and adding pixelled images (where available) of the items.
Ordering: To order a specialist item (for example a bag from Flourish and Blotts or some clothes from a Seamstress at Madame Malkins) fill out this form and send it to GringottsGoblin:

Specialist Requirements: (include things like the clothes design you want made, the height of your character, the name of the seamstress, a description of the colours and patterns on the bag etc)
